Pros
Worked with my schedule, a wonderful learning hospital, great reputation, education reimbursement, offers many educational/self-help opportunities for staff
Cons
They don't pay you for having degrees if your position doesn't require them...so pay is not that great...benefits are good though. You pay way too much for parking - especially if you don't make much to begin with.
