Pros

- Full time & easy to get overtime - Great benefits -Good workout, lost a lot of weight in the year and a half I worked there

Cons

-Unable to leave work until your work is done, due to high turnover rate/lack of employees you’ll be forced to work 50-60 hour work weeks some weeks. -Management is very hostile and people fear being fired by asking for help or just speaking their needs. -You work every other weekend. It is near impossible to get a weekend off that you are supposed to work unless you get someone to cover you switch weekends with someone but most people don’t want to work two weekends in a row. - Very taxing on your body, older workers have lots of body pain due to the labor. - No room for growth in the company, if you begin as a materials management tech you will most likely stay one. You may possibly become a senior tech but it’s basically the same job, you just help new-hires. - No positive reinforcement to workers, most team meetings are based around negatives and things that need change.
