- No support from management - Being forced to sit in a room alone with unrestrained level 3 violence patients with a history of SA and assaulting staff - Little to no breaks - Being exposed to incurable infections (ie. C-auris) and not being allowed to sit outside the room to mitigate the risk of catching said incurable infections
