      - Different types of patients so it's always interesting - Large patient load so it's always moving/always something to do - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Management treats you as expendable - Good luck getting an actual bonus or making more than what you came in with if you're not highly credentialed. - You will meet soooo many rude patients that make it hard not to get mad - You will definitely end up doing something you're "not qualified" to do because of short staffing
