      Great benefits and coworkers. Vcu will support you when going back to school, whether it be for your BSN or MSN - if you are ft, they pay fully for pt school status.

      Cons

      Rotating and you have to work several major holidays. Minimal percentage increase for yearly evaluation. Little to no money from bonuses.
