Great onboarding and supportive departments during the orientation process. Educational advancement and opportunities; especially, benefits to aid in advancement and career goals.
Cons
Paying for Parking BUT the cheapest is usually the location furthest out and/or requiring you to walk (10-15 minutes to the entrance of the hospital; not including getting to your floor to clock-in) or taking the shuttle (least convenient parking lots) prior to the start of your shift.
