      The insurance is very good, education benefits are excellent, health benefits are great (especially for single individuals) everything is cheaper if you see a VCU provider and use the pharmacy

      Cons

      Medical Assistants should get paid more. They compare us on the same level with LPNs but yet we don’t get paid like them.
