Weird & racist culture - Supervisor VCU Health Employee Review

My supervisor was pretty racist towards my Black & Indian co-workers. When I approached HR about this absolutely NOTHING was done. Turns out there had been another supervisor before me that had quit just a few months prior. Horrible culture of backstabbing among co-workers as well.
