Pros
To say this is a great place to work sounds cliché' but its true. There is overwhelming support and mutual respect from the top down. A genuine care not only for the community it serves but, also the employees. The orientation and on-boarding process is extremely top-notch. Not only are you provided up-front knowledge and hands-on experience from the beginning, it is reinforced throughout the year with various educational offerings. The company invest well in their employees and subsequently, benefit all by promoting from within. Hospice is a challenging and emotional area, however, the company prides itself on its beautiful in-patient facilities making end of life experiences peaceful and a place of remembrance for the family. While I have worked for many companies in my career, my only regret is not starting at this one sooner. It feels good to come to work everyday, associate with such great people and provide comfort and support to our patients and families in need.
Cons
If I think long and hard, I can only say "I love the company".
