It has been my pleasure to work for an organization that offers only excellence in end of life care, while also supporting and encouraging their employees. HPCCR strives to imbue staff with the core values, which mean a great deal to me: respect, integrity, compassion, empathy and good stewardship. It give me great pride to be able to say that HPCCR employs me.

The pay is competitive, specifically for the area

Expensive insurance, covers very little. Cheap short term disability (if you work here, make sure to have back up short term disability insurance) The culture of the Hospice House is off putting and unprofessional. One of the day shift nurses is absolutely terrible, she is a bully who runs to sympathetic management- no corrective action is taken by admin, even after numerous complaints by peers. Management will talk poorly about nurses to other staff members. The current administrator prefers drama to competency.
