Pros

Laid back atmosphere for the most part, friendly people, fair compensation

Cons

Little to no accountability, management has no idea how to right the ship and get it to port, extremely dysfunctional management team (if one can call it that), severe complacency

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
