Pros

medical benfits, paid leave, no other prons, almost simlar to other mid size company

Cons

Mangement Politics, not worried to retain talented professionals, Contractors have more controll then on payroll employee. Appraisal is a joke , no clairty on performance review process.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
