Pros

The work was interesting while it was still onshore but all moving overseas.

Cons

Everyone is getting laid off. Jobs moving overseas. No concern by the executives, they're just in it to pad their own pockets. Nearly every project fails to produce revenue. Executives, Sales and Product Management team drinks their own Kool-Aid while holding development heads under water.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
