Pros

Flexible work arrangements, easy people to work with and excellent benefits and pay.

Cons

As a high tech company there are shifts in technology which at times has impacted some of the team, but this isn't exclusive to VIAVI.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
