Lots of talented hard working people and the money is good.

Cons

The expectation from management is that you will work around the clock. They preach a lot about work life balance but it's all talk.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
