Pros

The company is going through a major upgrade - products, process, etc.... Customer base is solid and they know why they love us. You can step in and make a difference if you are comfortable in a highly changing environment

Cons

Change is hard - made harder when decision triggers are not pulled. This is a very distributed company - majority of employees are outside of HQ location - collaboration tools are old. Spend (some) time celebrating success and people.

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
