Pros

very flexiable, unlimited PTO, dog friendly office, ability to work from home if needed, proper expectations for scope of work

Cons

low pay for the amount of responsibility, caught in a catch 22 for being able to move up within the company...they require experience to move to new position and do not take current experience into account

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
