Pros

They just re-branded the company

Cons

over work and under paid expected to work extremely long hours (12-14 a day) executive staff still unable to take the company to the next level exit interview was elementary - management did not conduct a proper exit toxicity among the administrative staff

Pros

The technology and processes are interesting and I felt engaged.

Cons

Recent management changes have made the work environment toxic. One of the recent changes was tracking work time to the minute, lunches, breaks....many long term employees have left or are looking for other opportunities.
