      The mission and service they provide is heartfelt.

      Cons

      For a company this large, 16 states and over 2000 employees, they offer the worst benefit package I have every seen by any company.

      A very independent role, great Work-Life balance, a great way to learn the “why” behind policies, procedures, etc.

      100% online training only. Lack of in-house support for specific role.
