Flexibility with hours and work schedule when needed and if possible

Many nurses were paid less than the secretary/customer service staff. Nurses have medical backgrounds which is the bulk of the call center workload. Therefore, their pay and experience should reflect that. There should be a compensation guideline. The pay raise was basically a few cents and you were not guaranteed a raise. Those that take on more work load should be given a title to reflect that and an increase in compensation should follow suit.
