Pros
If you work in after-hours in the Telecare department your co-workers are nicer than those in the admissions department.
Cons
The management style is terrible. The customer service directors of the admission department have been known to fire employees in public settings and call the cops on said employees to escort them off the premises. They also lack diversity. Like, out of the entire San Diego office of 500 employees -- they only have 5 black people on staff.
