Poor benefits package; poor retirement and HSA package with little or no help available. The management team claims that they are following the rules of the corporate office; this is a toxic environment that does not take into consideration special circumstances. Shift differential is not paid; weekend differential is not paid. Pay scale is not competitive with this area. This is little to no individual recognition for a job well done; management takes the credit. Often management will overlook the personal safety of the employee when dealing with a difficult patient in a potentially harmful environment. I can go on.....
