There are a lot of staff there that don't do what they're supposed to do, they are almost impossible to get rid of because of the documentation required to "prove" that things weren't actually done, because charting is fabricated and therefore the company cannot do anything because the fake charting is done and it's almost impossible to prove a chart has been fabricated. So the nurses there will make up the charting and NOT actually go see the patients and the company does nothing about this.
