Nice people who do the work very tight working relationship and care about the quality of work they do.

Cons

Bad management. They don't know what it takes to get the job done.. They have all this process in place which Management does not follow only when it suits their needs.. Management does not care about workers more about themselves as they nick pick about people but they come and go as they please.
