Pros

Ok pay, Learn a new environment of work and Free meals to employees.

Cons

Alot of Favoritism between employees and pay. Hard to spend time with your family when you are always needed to work during the weekend.

Pros

Lots of investment in the employees. VVC provides leadership training. GM has provided a top-down positive culture. Physical Security is run well. IT has good folks. They provide a meal to employees. The HR orientation was run extremely well. Employees tend to stay at VVC for years signaling strong job satisfaction. Will try to provide an update yearly. Overall a strong sense of pride and gratitude to be here.

Cons

The buffet is only for card holders which causes some heart burn with customers who are not members and did not know of the rule.
