Management at the highest positions stopped caring, can't trust the company's word, no health care for part-timers even during COVID

Thank you for your feedback. Valley View paid all their hourly team members for three weeks and their medical insurance for two months. We understand that a few team members were anxious with COVID -19 not just at work, but in general and were uncomfortable returning to work in spite of all the safety precautions put in place. We respect and support one's wish to no longer work with the public.

Pros

Lots of investment in the employees. VVC provides leadership training. GM has provided a top-down positive culture. Physical Security is run well. IT has good folks. They provide a meal to employees. The HR orientation was run extremely well. Employees tend to stay at VVC for years signaling strong job satisfaction. Will try to provide an update yearly. Overall a strong sense of pride and gratitude to be here.

Cons

The buffet is only for card holders which causes some heart burn with customers who are not members and did not know of the rule.
