Kind culture. Free meals. Great health coverage. Company events. Human Resources. Job Coach. Tuition reimbursement. All breaks are paid for.

Cons

Smoking environment. Unprofessional management. Unfair "tribal laws". Customers are allowed to humiliate employees. Held accountable for things out of employees control. Gossip is regarded as infallible.

Pros

Lots of investment in the employees. VVC provides leadership training. GM has provided a top-down positive culture. Physical Security is run well. IT has good folks. They provide a meal to employees. The HR orientation was run extremely well. Employees tend to stay at VVC for years signaling strong job satisfaction. Will try to provide an update yearly. Overall a strong sense of pride and gratitude to be here.

Cons

The buffet is only for card holders which causes some heart burn with customers who are not members and did not know of the rule.
