Pros

Pay, opportunity for overtime, I have a job, I'm not dead, good pay, they won't fire u unless u do something stupid or attendance, I feel confident that if I fell down at work and blood came spewing out of my head, they would at least call an ambulance and clean up the blood

Cons

People, management, drama, everybody hates each other, treated like a robot, HORRIBLE training! they will hate u for no reason, unless u enjoy getting treated like crap and people talking behind your back, by all means apply. By far the worst group of people I've worked around. What ever u hear about management will be found out to be true, u have a choice on one hand between getting treated like crap and expected to hit your numbers, or having a sense of dignity, if u choose the latter go look for something else.

Pros

Nothing is good with this company

Cons

This is the worst place you can work. If I were you, I would go elsewhere; the culture and management made this frustrating. Collaboration is null, and the environment between departments is always a blame game instead of solving problems. You are expected to take more responsibilities without pay increases. Career development also does not exist; you will not learn any minimal skills that can be used outside of the company. You will not grow professionally here, and on top of this, you will be breathing aluminum dust ALL DAY. The office looks trashy with black spots everywhere on the ventilation vents, not to mention they don't have a document to support the training, so everyone is doing their own thing inside a system that is not efficient. The CEO gets his mouth full saying we are making profits that are reaching records, with no pay increase.
