Pros
I truly enjoy the majority of the people I work with. In spite of the frustration people really care and take pride in their work.
Cons
Wage disparity is a very real thing here. The vast majority of senior and executive level leadership are all white males. I was given a significant pay increase and 'promotion' for what I thought was great performance, only to find out it was to be somewhat aligned with a new, white male employee that was brought on board with similar job duties. There are rumblings of ethically questionable behaviors surrounding products being re-labeled or having labels removed of the country of origin to up profits within the International business. Management is aware and proceeds with the practices claiming that everything has the same warranty. Management should know that these practices have nothing to do with warranty. I'm not sure if any of these issues have been brought to light with HR, but that department has its own issues. The department almost completely turned over within a 3 week time frame, the three that left were the ones doing most of the actual day to day work and were the most knowledgeable with what was going on.
