Pros
Working remotely with the client the head office has no idea where you are, so you can easily work from home without them even realising most of the time. You get a company laptop, phone and bag.
Cons
Employed as a permanent member of staff but they treat you like a contractor. No potential to grow, they don't bother to give you an annual review. They don't manage you properly and treat you like a cash cow. Their portfolio of clients is disappointing, and nothing like they led you to believe. They rarely seem to complete projects. HR deliberately don't tell you how to claim back expenses or any travel allowance.
