      Pros

      Media Projects in SMAC team is one of the dynamic and very good platform for learning. Always updated on the latest technologies in the market. Skills and hard work is always recognised by the leads and Delivery Managers. No partiality by any seniors, leads or Delivery Managers. Always transparent. Culture in the SMAC team is one of the best thing, where your seniors and leads are always open for feedback. All the managers and leads have very strong technical background and they understand the technical challenges and open for best solutions, which boosts the developers confident.

      No transport facility, No Entertainment. No Food court or even a single shop

      Great well known clients & interesting projects.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
