Pros

* When they have a lot of project and budget they will give space to developers to learn * There are nice parties(2-3 times a year)

Cons

* It is very stressful when they lose their projects. * They fire a lot of people every month without any reason and they try to give unreasonable feedback in advanced (They start it almost 1 month before firing employees every two weeks) by email to have some proofs to show that you are not good and they have a good reason to fire you. * There is a very big salary difference between old and new employee's salary. Even though they say it is a flat workspace but in most of the teams, it is very hierarchical and team leads make all kind of decisions even technical decision without considering developers idea. * When customer rejects the estimation for a specific task or epic they will reduce the budget even to 40% without considering the technical point of view and force the developers to do the task in that short time and if the developer says it is not possible they will threat the developer that they will fire him/her and they did so many times.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
