Pros

I have no reasons to work here.

Cons

There are 4 floors present in the Indian office building. In 1 of the floor you will feel the following experience: 1. Actual work starts from 6pm so you cannot go home early. 2. Meetings will be held at lunch time and tea time so you cannot go lunch at when you feel hungry & when you feel to get relaxed. 3. You never come to know that when you will leave for the day so if you are married then gone case. 5. Looks like school so that you should listen your manager whatever he orders no other choice. Nobody will ask your ideas, suggestions. 5th one is awesome... 5. You never come to know that when you will work on which project under which person on which technology so that you will become psycho after working for 2-3 months. You will come to know that my career graph is becoming spider web even after knowing this also you continued there you will die in your own spider web by wrapping yourself. My Suggetion: Completely avoid this company

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
