Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Their internal technology is very lacking, and their internal operations are a complete mess. I was part of one of their numerous acquisitions in order to try and increase revenue. Leadership wasn't just dishonest, they straight out lied during the process. Saying very few layoffs, very few things would change, and people were wanted. Lies and lies and lies, from everyone in leadership, very disappointing to say the least. Valtech is also outsourcing a lot of their us based positions to cheaper resources abroad, so if you are a us based employee, be aware. My company that was acquired laid off too many people to count. Valtech purchased companies, purges the employees and takes the clients. If you are part of an acquisition, start looking for a new job. Immediately.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
