Pros
VGO is a great company overall and it's clear they care about their people. They hire from within and look to their internal people for talent before going outward. Benefits are good with a great fitness facility at HQ in Lexington.
Cons
There is an immense amount of change going on right now at VGO, which can be uncomfortable and difficult at times. It is tough to do your full-time job when the vast amount of change sometimes feels like a part-time job to navigate. I do feel we are on an upward trajectory and that we are settling into the changes.
