      For pro's I like: Flexible Schedule Nice People

      Cons

      Minimal investments in software or devices for employees. Not enough licenses available for software such as RF tools, BIM360 etc. Employees are required to email each other and share. Getting a laptop or ipad for site visits and meetings is near impossible. Expected to use own cell phone for business; and no aid for cell phone bill.

      Good experience. MEP team is very friendly and collaborative.

      PMs are isolated and not supportive of the design team. They follow blindly clients' requests at the expense of the employees and the office's profit. The office could also be a good salesperson. Not enough relevant projects,
