Not what I expected - BIM Coordinator Vanderweil Engineers Employee Review

I explored opportunities for career growth elsewhere and discussed them with my employer, hoping for a mutually beneficial resolution. Despite assurances, I observed a concerning shift in dynamics, with my responsibilities being gradually reassigned to a new hire. Several months later, I was presented with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) that contained inaccuracies. When I declined to sign, I was given an ultimatum: sign or resign. Feeling unsupported and undervalued, I had to leave under duress. Overall, I felt disappointed by the lack of transparency and recognition for my contributions, leading to a decision to part ways with the company, Why give someone a Senior Position but months later give them a PIP. Didn't make sense to me
