Pros

Overall Varíant is a good company, you will not have anyone making calls to you everyday and they will not harrass you about your time unless you are going to be late. The trucks are new and the pay isn’t so bad

Cons

Layover pay, detention pay is almost non existent with this company. You will be stuck baby sitting a load for a day with almost every run and that is annoying to me.
