Pros

Nothing as such just wastage of time

Cons

Fake people filled in company specially in management & ops. Good reviews are added by internal HR team & thr known to hide the actual reviews. Unnecessary pressure of everything apart from work . They wont listen to you will do what they want.Huge salary deduction during covid crisis. Worst ops team calculating every minute to deduct your salary. Keeping an eye like cctv camera on you. Disgusting office environment. People are working as they are not getting other options..as soon covid finishes they will seek for new opportunities

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow as in individual. Caring company culture with good peer to peer interactions. VARITE allows for individuals to get out of it what they put in. If you’re willing to put in the work they reward you very well as well as give you opportunities to move up the ladder and become a leader.

Cons

VARITE could have a more modernized training process.

Pros

I did not encounter any company practices that could be considered a pro.

Cons

My experience with this company has revealed several significant issues that prospective contractors and clients should be aware of: - Initial promises do not reflect long‑term treatment. They are attentive and accommodating at the start—particularly when securing a new contract or renewal—but that level of consideration quickly fades once the agreement is signed. - Lack of advocacy for employee growth. Despite consistently exceeding expectations at the client site for many years, the company made no effort to support appropriate title adjustments or rate alignment. Contract renewals were routinely presented with no changes in role title or compensation despite significant changes in responsibilities. - Minimal regard for both clients and contractors. Their primary focus appears to be maximizing profit and cutting costs, often at the expense of contractor experience and client satisfaction. - Cost‑driven approach to uniform requirements. Although they claim to follow the client’s uniform policies, approvals are handled in an extremely restrictive and cost‑focused manner, making it difficult to obtain what is actually required. - Uncompetitive benefits. The benefits offered are significantly below industry standards and do not provide meaningful value to employees.
