There is a 12 week training before you get a case load.

Cons

The case loads are high, when I came into my team it was supposed to be a team of 10 and there were only 5 people and other teams seem to be lacking the appropriate number of team members .

Transparent and supportive leadership from executive level down. They responded in such a supportive way after Hurricane Helene and remain transparent during uncertain times.

Cons

My whole team is remote; while I love remote work and have the opportunity to connect virtually, I miss seeing everyone in person on a regular basis.
