Pros
Benefits are not too bad.
Cons
Like other posters have stated, Vaya has more work to complete than they can handle. Very high turnover rate is making it that much more difficult. When Cardinal (Larger company) was purchased by Vaya (much smaller company) it was like mixing oil and water. Cardinal was much more streamlined and organized. The 2 cultures also did not mix well. The job was 100% remote which could be a positive, but the remote work force is also a breeding ground for anti-social behavior. It prevents collaboration and creates broken or non-existent teams. This was very evident at Vaya where so many employees were ‘islands’ with such great self-importance. You will also hear the phrase “We are family” of “the Vaya family” which is a red flag that you are in a very toxic culture or environment.
