Run and don't look back - Applications Support Vaya Health Employee Review

Horrible management, high turnover, no raises, favoritism, constant chaos and toxicity and no accountability. This honestly is the worst IT job I have ever had. No one really knows what's going on, they have unorthodox ways of doing most things which results in a chaotic/toxic environment. The only reward you get for being a good employee is more work. I have seen more turnover in the past year at Vaya than the other 3 companies I have worked for in the past combined. I would recommend you look elsewhere for employment.
