Remote work, benefits, so so much talent

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians doing the actual work. Meeting expectations unrealistic in a 40hr work week. Takes away from member care. Micromanagement has gotten outrageous. Takes away from the mission of the company.

Transparent and supportive leadership from executive level down. They responded in such a supportive way after Hurricane Helene and remain transparent during uncertain times.

Cons

My whole team is remote; while I love remote work and have the opportunity to connect virtually, I miss seeing everyone in person on a regular basis.
