Pros

Professional development, paid time off and benefits were good. That's it.

Cons

Horrible management, no accountability for anything, issues get ignored and do not get fixed, directors and executives only care about themselves despite what is said. Horribly mismanaged taxpayer dollars. The lower staff is bullied. Their actions speak louder than their words. The new CEO was a terrible choice.

Pros

Transparent and supportive leadership from executive level down. They responded in such a supportive way after Hurricane Helene and remain transparent during uncertain times.

Cons

My whole team is remote; while I love remote work and have the opportunity to connect virtually, I miss seeing everyone in person on a regular basis.
