Employees seem to be happy overall

Cons

Great favoritism given to those that worked at Vaya prior to the Cardinal Innovations merger in December 2022. It seems there is no where to move within my small specialized department. Relationships have been longstanding and favoritism is clear.

Transparent and supportive leadership from executive level down. They responded in such a supportive way after Hurricane Helene and remain transparent during uncertain times.

Cons

My whole team is remote; while I love remote work and have the opportunity to connect virtually, I miss seeing everyone in person on a regular basis.
