Pros

Flexibility when it comes to family schedules. As long as the work performed is high quality and done on time, no problems. People are awesome, very helpful and kind. Management is flexible and open to new ideas. No micro-management, instead you are empowered to try things and see what works. The clients are mostly public-safety organizations and making their lives easier is a rewarding feeling.

Cons

Some changes since the company has been acquired, so a little bit of uncertainty.

Great feedback - you are right on track with what we are trying to accomplish under Vector Solutions and the TargetSolutions brand. We know time off to recharge is important and encourage employees to take time away from work with our generous our paid time off… vacation, sick / personal time, paid holidays, and a few extra days here and there ensure that our employees are always on top of their game!

Pros

Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

Cons

Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.
