While we’re glad to hear you found value in our product, remote flexibility, and the relationships you built during your time here, we’re truly sorry to hear that aspects of your return experience did not meet expectations.
The concerns you’ve raised around leadership consistency, communication, performance management, and support during personal challenges are taken very seriously. At Vector, we’re committed to fostering a culture built on our values of Inclusiveness, Teamwork, and Make a Difference—not just in words, but in the day-to-day experience of every employee. When those values aren’t felt consistently, we know we have work to do.
We also want to acknowledge your courage in raising concerns. We encourage employees to use internal channels to speak up, and while we aim to handle every matter thoughtfully and fairly, we recognize that outcomes don’t always align with expectations. Feedback like yours—particularly around manager training, clarity in expectations, and consistent policy application—helps us identify where we need to improve.
We’re actively investing in stronger leadership development, clearer growth paths, and utilizing more robust tools like our engagement and pulse surveys to better listen and respond to our team. We're committed to this ongoing effort.
