Pros

You may have the chance to work for a while with some nice and talented people (during the increasingly shorter timeframe between when they join and when they realise where they landed and leave). Despite the lack of direct deposit, you usually get paid decently and on time.

Cons

The biggest is maybe the unbelievable amount of utter lies you’re told before joining and when onboard, as well as the ones being sold daily to all of their clients, which are often fooled and quickly lost. Within a couple weeks from start you begin noticing that the only invention you could do there is in growing your nonsense ideation and delivery skills, as you directly learn from so called “management” people who sadly seem to be industry masters. Employees time is often not respected, direction and goals get changed every other day, critical decisions are systematically taken without involving the most relevant stakeholders. Accordingly, employees turnover is nothing short of stellar. Who cannot afford to leave quickly ends up constantly playing defensive, unloading most of the issues and dirty work on the shoulders of newcomers and more junior colleagues, who then rinse & repeat theirselves.
