Pros

Some days you will only have a couple jobs that may last a few hours. Then your home for the rest of the day. Salary pay is nice during these times.

Cons

There are uncertain working hours, poor communication, and poor training. If there was one thing I wish the training would include, it would be the software side of things that the customer is in constant contact with. That way if there are any questions, it would be easier to answer and we could provide better service. This company is a very 'sink or swim' company. If you know how to do your job and are great at working independently, good on ya.
