the ability to work on your own without supervision.

Cons

Velocity doesn't care if how far you'll travel or how many days straight. also when somethings wrong with a project that's due to improper scheduling/staging/etc, some PMs will try to cover themselves by finding ways to blame the tech. no logistics with daily routes for tech.
